Refund or Return policy
We do not have a cash refund policy at Dagna Music. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for an exchange of the product. This policy is applicable for 5 days from the date of receipt of the product at your end. Ensure to share with us the unboxing video, highlighting clearly the manufacturing defect in the video so we can verify the damage/defect claim and initiate the exchange process, the absence of which will make you ineligible for an exchange request.
We will bear the shipping cost for the exchange of the defective product as long as your claim meets our exchange policy. The product needs to be returned with original packing, with all included accessories, etc. Any missing items will lead to the exchange request being refused. We are not liable for any wear andtear after use,issues, and damages arising out of mishandling of the products at your end. We also do not entertain any exchange requests for items purchased ‘on Sale’.
Dagna Music reserves the right to reject or approve any damage claims.
